Hence MeasureIt-Map is not responsible for any inaccurate measures and does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and measures. Maps data shown in the website is also from Google Maps API, and we are not responsible for any wrong map data. You will be solely responsible for all readings and markings.
You will not access any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by MeasureIt-Map, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with MeasureIt-Map. You specifically agree not to access any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded as per the discretion of the Company.

We use Google Maps API, for our calculations and map data, to ensuring the correctness of MeasureIt-Map software. However, MeasureIt-Map provides no guarantee or warranty on the correctness of the measurements. You are required to review your map marking’s measurements for ensuring correctness. You will not hold MeasureIt-Map responsible for any issue that arises from incorrect calculations and measurements. Also, MeasureIt-Map will not be held responsible for any error occurred due to bugs in the system/server or due to any other technical reason.
You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you will be solely responsible to MeasureIt-Map for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify MeasureIt-Map immediately.
Also, you agree and authorize MeasureIt-Map to save your user id, email id and password.
